　　NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Venture Finance to join the M&A finance team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in venture capital accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, coupled with strong technical accounting knowledge of measurement alternative application. Familiarity with IHS portfolio reporting tools and valuation models, including the back solve option pricing model, would be a significant plus. Individual contributor will be responsible for all aspects of financial management for our portfolio of venture investments. This role will partner closely with our Corporate Development and NVentures teams to support investment decisions and portfolio management.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Perform financial diligence over potential portfolio companies

　　Identify and manage financial risks (including performing impairment analysis)

　　Support investment decisions and portfolio management

　　Manage overall accounting compliance of the portfolio and investments

　　Implement and maintain SOX controls investments

　　Prepare and present internal and external financial reporting for NVIDIA's venture investments

　　What we need to see:

　　Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting w/active CPA license or equivalent experience

　　7+ overall years of experience in venture capital accounting, financial diligence and/or a related field

　　2+ years of people management experience

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

　　Technical accounting knowledge of measurement alternative application

　　Experience in corporate venture capital

　　The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
