  About the Team/Position

  The Senior Manager, Talent Programs - Early Careers will lead the team of associates that manage the Walmart Intern Program, the Sophomore Diversity Summit, HOPE (Home Office Pathways Experience) and other activations such as on-campus activities. The role sits within the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. Together, the team plays a critical role in attraction, hiring and retention of early talent to Walmart. The Senior Manager will have an opportunity to interact with teams across talent, the people org and the entire enterprise. With a candidate-centric approach, a passion for talent and diversity and strong program management skills, this role has the opportunity to impact the future of Walmart's talent in a huge way!

  The job will be an interesting combination of people leadership, external benchmarking, internal stakeholder management, budget management, vendor management, and project management. It requires lots of collaboration, communication and advance-planning to be successful.

   Relevant experience includes corporate communications, event management, change management and talent acquisition. The role reports to the Director of Early Careers Talent Acquisition.

  Requirements & Leadership Expectations:
