We are looking for an experienced manager of our Real World Technology Center in Warsaw.

　　IQVIA’s EMR Factory is a state-of-the-art Big Data platform that integrates, curates, and standardizes complex Electronic Medical Records across countries and enables new insights into patient pathways. And for this position, you will be at the heart of it!

　　As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will lead, and manage engineering teams working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

　　You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and helping your team develop, maintaining team morale and job satisfaction.

　　You will collaborate and influence business and technical stakeholders. You will create your team strategy and provide input to department direction collaborating with other managers in the Warsaw Development Hub.

　　In this role, you can expect to;

　　Lead the Software Development team

　　Create team strategy aligned with organizational goals

　　Help your team to learn and grow adapting to changing needs

　　Hire, manage, motivate, and mentor the Software Development team to deliver high quality products and constantly innovate

　　Identify bottleneck in our processes, optimize them and improve organizational efficiency

　　Keep a close watch on ongoing delivery of sprints, help teams overcome obstacles in the spirit of continuous improvement

　　Ensure establishment of open communication channels within teams, help scrum masters facilitate coordination between teams to improve team velocity and establish a culture of collaboration.

　　Qualifications

　　5 year experience of direct line management of software development engineers in an international context

　　Proven ability to influence up and down, challenging status quo

　　Very strong people leadership skills

　　Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to drive changes to successful end

　　Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate most complex problems to different stakeholders

　　Experience or interest in cutting-edge and trending tools and technologies

　　Lean-Agile Mindset

　　Previous experience in technical healthcare sector is an advantage.
