　　We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Manager of Data Engineering. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the data engineering initiatives, ensuring the effective management of data flow that result in the successful delivery of analytics readouts and leading a team of skilled data engineers.

　　Develop and execute the data engineering strategy aligned with the overall business goals.

　　Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and robust data infrastructure.

　　Ensure the security, availability, quality and performance of data systems.

　　Data Architecture:

　　Define and implement data architecture standards, ensuring optimal data flow and integration across systems.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

　　Collaboration:

　　In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

　　Strong understanding of data architecture principles and coding best practices.

　　Gitlab and agile scrum experience.

　　Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

　　Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data engineering strategies.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

　　8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
