  The Role

  Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) Stock Plan Services is looking for a Full-Stack Senior Software engineer to help build a new automation tool. The tool will leverage cloud technologies in support of equity compensation products for the Global markets. The person will have expertise and work on back-end databases as well as middle-tier and front-end development. This person will play a key role in building, testing and release of product features in Agile delivery fashion.

  The Expertise You Have

  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required. 3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more modern Object-Oriented Programming Languages such as Java or Python.Application development using Java EE, Spring, AngularCertifications in Azure or AWS cloud platforms are a plusUnderstanding of and experience with Micro-Services Architecture concepts and emerging patterns such as APIs, JAX-RS, REST/JSONStrong knowledge of Relational Databases like OracleUnderstanding of Cloud Computing and DevOps concepts including CI/CD pipelines using Git and JenkinsExperience with messaging architecture and event driven frameworks including message brokers such as MQ, KafkaPrevious experience in building high performance tools.
