Your Responsibilities: The Customer Success Renewal Specialistis responsible for ensuring the on-time renewal of RockwellAutomation\'s portfolio of Cybersecurity solutions contracts, withprimary focus on the recent Verve acquisition. They renew, up-sell, andclose maintenance, service and/or license contracts for Cybersecuritysoftware working with customer and channel partner stakeholders at alllevels. Responsible for meeting renewal objectives such as quota andproductivity requirements, Net Revenue Retention, and on-time renewalmetrics. They must maintain account team relationships and transferleads as appropriate, as well as interface with internal businesspartners to ensure that quotes are delivered and booked as needed.
