The Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Finance Team currently has an opening for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This individual will provide critical business insights while supporting monthly financial reporting, the annual plan process, and regular business reviews. The role collaborates closely with both the Healthcare and Life Sciences executive management team and regional finance teams. What You Will Do: Assist in coordination, consolidation, and completion of monthly forecast, annual plan and strategic business reviews Generate key global reporting materials supporting: Quarterly Business Review, Board of Directors Meetings, Earning Release, etc. Track and analyze financial performance indicators including sales trends, gross margin reconciliations, SG&A analytics and Capex. Identify risks and opportunities for Healthcare and Life Sciences executive team and finance leadership. Communicate and coordinate regularly with Healthcare and Life Sciences division finance leaders Conduct ad hoc requests and special projects as needed from senior leadership Partner with international markets finance team to drive P&A process and support ad hoc analysis Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 4 years of work experience No immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly proficient in MS Excel and Power Point High attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; able to self-manage well; highly accountable Results oriented; proactive; and possesses a high level of integrity Prior SAP, Power BI and SmartView experience helpful, or equivalent EPM Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.to see our benefits.
