As a part of a cross functional team,this role will be primarily responsible for supporting the US MotionService Channel team in developing processes that align with our channelstrategy, tool enhancements, onboarding programs, building anddelivering sales training, reporting, and helping to ensure that ourchannel sales teams have the resources needed to meet and exceedbusiness goals. You should have a deep understanding for channels,markets, and products, know how to leverage processes and systems, andhave strong analytical skills. This is a position with global grade13This position reports to Sr Sales Enablement Manager - MotionServiceYour responsibilities Develop training programs for channel salespersonnel Strong communication and relationship building skills Outline& Optimize KPI driven standard processes & procedures Build, documentand improve processes utilizing systems and tools to include: PowerBI,Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce, Excel, and other SalesEnablement software and technology. Ability to prioritize, multi-task,and create a uniform strategy framework for supporting our channel,feedback, planning, and opportunity pipeline tracking Manage multipleprojects from conception to completion Develop and deploy onboardingtraining Identify key areas for improvement to increase theeffectiveness of our channel strategy Your background Bachelor degreeand 7 years of relevant experience required Travel up to 50% requiredExperience working within sales organizations and with channeldistribution Strong interpersonal skills and can work across anorganization and passion and preference to empower with indirectleadership Proficient in...
