Working with us, you will: Collaboratewith diverse teams of interdisciplinary professionals to complete campusplanning projects across the country. Participate in, and often lead,team meetings involving internal colleagues, consultants, and/or clientsto share findings and recommendations with meeting participants.Communicate planning issues, opportunities, and recommendations to awide variety of stakeholders as part of public meetings. Integrateplanning elements such as academic/research/student life redevelopmentopportunities, social justice, transportation, green infrastructure,open space, sustainability, and resiliency into plans and designs.Manage one or more projects including negotiating project scope andfees, job production and quality, and fee management. Lead effortsaround production of project presentations, plan reports and all projectdeliverables to ensure an integrated and cohesive outcome. Participatein marketing efforts through proposal development, interviewparticipation and presentations. Develop trusting relationships withclients. Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching.Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process as requested. Anideal candidate has: A master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in urbanplanning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture, or relatedfield of study. Minimum 8years of experience in urban and/or campusdesign and planning. Outstanding verbal and written communicationskills. Licensure in applicable field of study preferred.
