Job Summary The Manager of Process Improvement is responsible fordeveloping, managing and integrating a comprehensive program for thepurposes of sustaining a culture of continuous process improvementwithin Prevea Health. This individual will collaborate with all levelsof Prevea leadership to incorporate tools of process improvement intoactivities related to Prevea\'s corporate initiatives to drive companygrowth, business success, and patient satisfaction. The position willrequire working closely with stakeholders to understand projectrequirements and business needs to identify, evaluate and selectstrategic solutions for the department and organization\'s establishedgoals and objectives. The oversight responsibility of the Manager ofProcess Improvement is to develop and share best practices consistentwith identifying and prioritizing system-wide process improvementopportunities, developing, maintaining and reporting metrics for Preveawith defined expected outcomes and benchmarks based on Prevea\'sstrategic initiatives. This individual also oversees and completes theplanning, implementation, tracking and communication of concurrent shortand/or long-term projects for the department and/or organization inwhich the role resides. What you will do * Assess current level of PIpreparedness for the organization and make suggestions/additions toaddress deficiencies. Implement best practices, tools, project teamstructure, escalation processes, and project management decision-makingresponsibilities to ensure best practices are followed. Promote amultidisciplinary approach to integrate quality and process improvementinitiatives with the organization\'s clinical and business functionsthat fosters a collaborative environment of teamwork. Collaborate withleaders across the organization to support an operating model that islean-based to help improve the performance of key (clinical, operationalor financial) processes throughout the organization.
