　　In your role, you will

　　Analyze, identify and propose process improvements adapted to requirements

　　Guide the team in solving complex problems

　　Interact with different organizations to ensure consistency in the solutions proposed

　　Provide visibility on project progress by creating and following project schedules

　　Facilitate problem solving, ensure the involvement of all stakeholders and achieve effective resolution

　　Manage a portfolio of projects related to site improvement

　　Work in a multifunctional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You have between 10 and 15 years of experience in project management and aerospace

　　You hold a bachelor's degree in project management or a related field

　　You have experience managing product changes

　　You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English, with training and mentoring capabilities

　　You have demonstrated leadership

　　You have strong analytical skills and business acumen, planning, problem solving and good interpersonal skills

　　You must have a sense of organization, time management and demonstrate autonomy.

　　You master MS Project, Visio and have experience in VSM, Swimlane and process mapping, continuous improvement and Kaizen
