Utilize available resources toensure the coordination of invoice activities leading to timelyreimbursement. Subject Matter Expert for a critical department process;including but not limited to escalated territories, third partyplacement, key accounts and electronic invoicing. Review performance ofbackups for special projects, share feedback with management and makerecommendations to improve processes. Assist with on-boarding process ofnew team members through side-by-sides and special functionpresentations. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalentrequired. Bachelor\'s degree preferred. 3+ years Collections or CustomerService call center required. Thorough understanding of collections /billing processes and systems. Experience in business-to-businessenvironment preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
