　　Role & Responsibilities

　　* Assist with preparation of monthly GAAP based financial statements.

　　* Prepare reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts.

　　* Prepare monthly journal entries and update supporting workpapers.

　　* Oversee fixed asset accounting and prepare monthly depreciation entries.

　　* Provide monthly reporting including project profitability and utilization.

　　* Submit annual State and Local tax filings.

　　* Provide support to Operations, Marketing and Design teams on reporting requests as needed.

　　* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in policies and procedures.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Requirements

　　* 3-7 years progressive experience in accounting. CPA a plus.

　　* Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.

　　* Detail oriented.

　　* Solid understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.

　　* Strong Excell skills.

　　* Experience in Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.

　　* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

　　* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. null
