  Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.Sales CoordinatorPosition Summary:Assist manager in Sales Administration in the following areas: Sales Promotional claim validation and processing, Sales MDF program analysis, Sales-related chargeback resolution, and various special projects.Responsibilities:Validate and Process Sales Deduction claims through the SAP Claim SystemValidate and Process SPA claims through Salesforce DotcomMaintain and reconcile Sales MDF programs for Regional SalesWork with Sales to reduce monthly chargebacksAnalyze the chargeback process and design a way to lessen the number of deductions and process more efficientlyAssist with special & other ad hoc requestsRequirements:Accounting/Finance, Business Administration Bachelor's degree or similarAccount Reconciliation experience a plusExperience in a corporate environmentAbility to work well with others and take direction from supervisor and other top management.Basic M/S Office skills including Word, Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Tables), PowerPointExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasksAbility to prioritize, organize, and perform duties and responsibilitiesStaffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off plus more!The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
