Job Title: Sales Support Professional
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders.
Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales or project management organization.
Initiates sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements.
Ensures timely shipment / billing of Instruments, IVD Reagents & Consumables
Interfaces with factory and product / marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes on need basis for bid submissions
Ensure to maintain all records for Quality audits as per defined Sales/ customer services process in the defined region
Act as Business Compliance Partner in the assigned region & Support Sales/ Service team to initiate SpoDom requests to carry out customer demo/ travel/ marketing event/ educational events in required tool
May resolve issues related to transaction quality.
Education and Experience:
Any Graduation with 2-4 yrs. exp in sales admin role
