The Clinical Resource Center (CRC)Nurse will function as a Staff RN and is responsible to provide totalnursing care of the patient within an assigned patient care unit. TheClinical Resource Center is an internal float pool made up of RNs andTechs that are cross-trained to various departments throughout thehospital. This team of superheroes ensures adequate staffing coveragefor planned and unplanned events and allows us to flex between differentdepartments to support the various needs that arise, includingMedical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, andOB/GYN. Days - 24 hours per week / 2- 12 hour shifts Hospitalistproviders (physicians and nurse practitioners), located on the unit,collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate patient healing. Qualifications Associate\'s Degree Nursing Licensed bythe Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse BLShealthcare provider required.
