Job Description

　　A Client/Employer in Memphis, TN is looking for a Remote Product Operations Manager/Specialist. This resource will be one of the pioneers of product operations team at this large Fortune 100 company. This product manager/specialist will manage the instrumentation of our product tool stack (Product board, JIRA, Confluence, etc) to support programs, grant and revoke

　　access to users, and ensure best practices of use. You will help develop the framework for the product team and represent product cross-functionally to foster continuous improvement for operational aspects of product launches and operational readiness to identify potential issues and enable readiness of product launches.

　　You will work closely with functions [Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics] aggregating and sharing feedback from customers and translate into Product board as well as providing strategic project management support for initiatives owned by the Product team.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree - Product Operations/Management or Technical Project Management

　　2-5 years of experience

　　Expertise in SaaS administration for portfolio management

　　Experienced in partnering with and bringing multiple departments into strategic

　　alignment null
