  As a Regional Operations Analyst, your focus is gathering data from various systems/sources to perform operational and performance analysis, trending, forecasting, and business impact. You’ll review data programs and initiatives that support and enhance the Company´s commitment to customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting each other as well as Spectrum!

  WHAT OUR REGIONAL OPERATIONS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  Using analysis and trending to identify opportunities and threats

  Investigating and performing complex root cause analysis

  Collaborating with cross-functional departments to develop process improvements

  Create queries, dashboards and automated reporting solutions using and other reporting applications such as SQL, Excel, Access, Oracle, Alteryx and Tableau

  WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

  Required Qualifications

  Experience: Quantitative or operational analysis: 3 years

  Education: Bachelor´s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience

  Technical Skills: Ability to analyze key performance indicators/metrics. One to two years’ experience with Python.

  Skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively

  Schedule: Some travel required

  Preferred Qualifications

  Ability to effectively present complex data to cross functional audiences

  Proficiency in data analysis and report creation

  Knowledge of cable television products and services
