Ensure that business opportunities are recognized and the business units are positioned to take full advantage of those opportunities. Work with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, SAP and other databasesCollect and analyze information from customers and acquired during site visits to identify possible customer needs and new sales opportunities or to understand customer requirements of a specific requestWork with customer to develop ad hoc solutions to solve specific problemsCollect and read and analyze RFQs (Request for quotations). Organize proposal preparation. Carry out basic system configuration engineering using ABB own tools and other design tools and spreadsheetsDiscuss the developed solution with engineering to verify feasibility.
