As a Publishing Specialist for the Publishing Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our materials-both standard and custom-are produced on time and without errors, and meet the legal and compliance requirements. While part of the institutional retirement group, you will play a key role in supporting clients and sales teams across the organization.

You are an analytical thinker who is comfortable managing ambiguity and solving problems of moderate complexityYou understand the criticality of processes, and work to both manage and enhance the many processes we use every dayYou are comfortable handling high volumes of data and ensuring they are properly populated in our templatesYou have an interest in financial marketing and a desire to upskill and develop deep process and product knowledgeYou understand basic graphic design concepts, PowerPoint and Excel; charting skills are a plusYou are a fast learner and are able to pick up and apply new technologies and tools to your daily workYou work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $70,160-$112,256
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
