The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager will possess strong leadership, communication, organizational and technical skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project objectives are met according to scope, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Regular Job Duties
Project Planning: Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Project Execution: Execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage project tasks, action items and communicate progress to stakeholders. Produce accurate and timely project status reports for stakeholders and management.
Coordination: Facilitate project meetings and lead project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed
Change Management: Assess the impact of project changes and effectively manage change requests. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, document, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure necessary resources and services. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.
Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources required for project execution, including personnel, hardware, software, and third-party services.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial status if applicable. Identify and address any budget deviations or risks promptly.
Post Project: Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to project team member, while providing clear and accurate project communication. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment while instilling trust with project team members.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience managing projects of varying sizes
Experience in Construction industry business processes is not required but it is a plus
Experience in the use and/or the implementation of software products used in Constructions industry is a plus
Technical IT understanding of database, reporting, and integration methodologies is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
Good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (2-6 months on average).
Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision making, and prioritization skills
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility, versatility, and responsiveness
Sense of organization, discipline
Strong team player with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
