Looking for early experienced Quality Inspector to help perform visual and dimensional inspection on  fabricated parts and assemblies. The person in this position must be willing to learn and able to work in a fast paced job shop environment. We are searching for a detail orientated person with a “Can Do”- attitude who likes a challenge and is a problem solver.

　　Duties

　　Perform receiving inspection of fabricated parts

　　Inspect fabricated parts to fabrication drawings

　　Document inspection results

　　Tag parts with inspection status

　　Perform disposition of accepted or rejected parts

　　Maintain inspection records

　　Education, Skills & Abilities:

　　3+ years working experience with mechanical inspection

　　Ability to read drawings and identify measurements

　　AUTOCAD experience a PLUS

　　Proficiency with scales, calipers, and common measurement devices

　　Ability to identify common parts and fasteners.

　　Proficient with mechanical and electrical hand tools

　　Machine shop experience a PLUS

　　Good English communication skills

　　Good basic math skills

　　Other Requirements & Important Qualities

　　Detail oriented

　　Mechanically inclined

　　Understands fractional and decimal measurements

　　Self-motivated with the ability to work alone

　　Ability to lift 50 Lbs.

　　Must be a U.S. citizen
