And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Program Manager, Technology (Lifecycle Services), owns establishing a value delivery roadmap for capabilities that span multiple operations, and delivery of the roadmap in a SAFe framework. We ask that you have deep engagement in understanding business strategy, collaborating with multiple product owners, business and IT team members, customers and partners. You will manage multifunction and multi-vendor efforts to develop and support solutions. Global collaboration and program/support coordination will be needed. Reporting to the Director, IT BTM - Lifecycle Services, You will:Collaborate and shape Lean business case with partners driving clarity, budget and OKRs including leading and lagging indicators, baseline metrics and future metrics.Develop high-level technology program strategy, in response to business strategy and detailed execution plan. Will be responsible to execute on set strategy and detailed plan in a SAFe delivery framework.Work with the business partners to seek forward looking business roadmap and create a technical delivery roadmap and backlog that is well positioned 3-4 PIs ahead of execution.Scope and deliver end-to-end solutions that span multiple business and technology teams and enable global rollout of the solutions.Responsible for the schedule, budget, and scope of initiatives.This will include priorities, setting expectations, leading execution of the plan, management of risks.While not responsible for architecting and designing solutions, must have the acumen and expertise to understand customer needs and strategy to facilitate discussions with the right technical team members, to translate into solution outcomes desired and manage cross team dependencies there in.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job openingPreferred Qualifications:Typically requires a minimum of 8 + years of work experience managing >$5 million budgets with a mix of CapEx and OpEx, in large corporations with a global footprint, catering to complex portfolio initiatives, and providing transformative programs in a SAFe delivery framework.Excellent communicating, negotiating, influencing, and leadership skills that fosters collaboration, teamwork, and partnerships. Experience delivering large initiatives and outcomes in an Agile/SAFE framework through multi-PI technical delivery roadmap.Experience delivering capabilities applying Certinia PSA platform.Establish OKRs and metrics, measure outcomes and negotiate priorities future direction and investments.Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically.Financial acumen with planning & forecasting multi-million-dollar program budget and tracking to plan.Must have excellent conflict resolution and lead collaboration and partnerships
