  SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  As a member of the Marketing team for Orthodontic Aligner Solutions (Suresmile) and Equipment (T/C, instrument, CBCT), this role works closely with CTS / OAS Group product manager, sales team, local cross-functional teams, and regional marketing to develop and implement marketing plans to meet sales targets, gross margin targets, market share targets and P/L targets.

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  전반적인 의료기기 마케팅에 대해 Group product manager의 업무 협업 및 진행

  시장조사, 경쟁사 분석, 가격책정, 고객 참여를 통한 마케팅 계획 및 비즈니스 계획 수립.

  핵심 제품에 대해 영업부서, 고객의 의견을 취합하여 마케팅 캠페인, 제품 프로모션 계획 기획

  실행한 마케팅 활동에 대해 ROI 추적

  영업 Forecast 및 예산 업무: FCST vs 영업 매출 모니터링, 영업 성과 개선을 위한 장단기 계획 수립

  비즈니스 관리를 위한 제안, 비즈니스 케이스, 론칭 계획, 영업 담당자 교육 및 제품 마케팅 관련 자료의 작성

  계획실행

  OAS Group 및 Equipment (T/C,instrument,CBCT) 제품에 대해 Group product manager와 협업하여 (전략 기획부터 적절한 시행까지의) 라이프 사이클관리

  학술 행사 및 마케팅 행사 (세미나 등) 기획 및 개최 운영 지원

  제조사 및 RBU 팀과 협업하여 신제품 특장점 개발. 영업팀에게 시행할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 구상

  임상교육, 교육 활동을 지원할 KOL 개발 및 강화

  비즈니스 지원

  매니저에게 주기적인 영업 성과 분석 제공하여 목표 대비 달성을 모니터링하고 개선영역을 확인

  Pricing, 예산, Forecast 등 제품 관리에 필요한 재무 정보를 지원

  지속적인 팀워크가 이뤄지도록 다른 비즈니스 담당자들과 적극적으로 소통하여 서로의 마케팅 활동에 대해 공유하고 배워 최상의 마케팅 활동을 이루도록 노력

  Marketing Planning

  Cooperate with OAS / CTS Group Product manager regarding all group marketing activities and plan

  Develop marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning.

  Create marketing campaigns / product promotion plans for key focus products with the input from sales teams, customers.

  Track ROI on marketing activities.

  Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt short & long term plans to improve the sales performance

  Develop product management documentation, including product concept proposals, business cases, launch plans, product collateral, sales training material and product marketing collateral.

  Plan Execution

  Manage the entire product life cycle of OAS Group and Equipment from strategic planning to tactical execution.

  Drive/deliver marketing events (such as seminars) and coordinate with the sales teams for implementation.

  Develop new product features and benefits in partnership with manufacturers and regional marketing teams. Ensure the effective implementation to the sales team.

  Develop and enhance KOL relationship to support Dentsply Sirona in CE, educational activities.

  Business Support

  Provide regular sales performance analysis for the marketing manager to monitor the achievement against targets and identify improvement areas.

  Support financial requirements of product management including pricing, budgets, and forecasting.

  Actively communicating across franchises to share and learn best marketing practices to continuously facilitate a teamwork approach.

  Other duties as assigned.

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  Determine, develop, and deliver required product knowledge for roles across business to ensure effective sales and operations.

  Provide in-field product training/coaching to both internal and external stakeholders, as required.

  Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of, product and market knowledge, sales skills, systems knowledge, and internal processes.

  Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements. Building and protecting Dentsply Sirona brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity’.

  COMPETENCIES:

  Accountability and good business manners

  Good in strategy establishment

  Experiences in key opinion leader development

  Good in Brand development

  35 years of experience as Sales Reps or Marketing (Product Manager or Specialists)

  Experiences in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries

  Fluent English preferred
