　　Here's what you can expect as a Mobile Product Manager at DaVita:Join us as we expand OneView, which is our market leading product offeringfor Providers who deliver Kidney Care. In this role you will lead a productteam focused on our iOS and Android applications while collaborating withother product teams who focus on both the Mobile and Web experiences ofOneView

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Vision and Strategy: Set the strategic context for the OneView mobileapps and associated platform that aligns with the overall vision of theOneView product. Refine & adjust the strategic context as more is learnedthrough continuous discovery with customers and the business adapts to changesin the market. Communicate & advocate the vision and strategy withstakeholders

　　Discovery: Play a lead role in collaborating with research, UX,& engineering to define and execute discovery strategies that bring to lightuser needs and pain points. Use these insights to define OKRs which helpprioritize features and improvements. When appropriate, collaborate with theUX team to create usable experiences which are validated through rapidfeedback and usability testing iterations.

　　Execution and Delivery: Work closely with engineering teams toprioritize, deliver, and iterate on features, enhancements, andupdates that achieve OKRs. Perform story mapping exercises with your team tobreak down work into epics and stories. Work with your product team to create& refine stories for development as you prioritize both stories and defectsfor delivery.

　　Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and OKRs to makeinformed decisions, monitor product performance, and continuously improvethe apps and platform.

　　Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge withinthe strategic context.
