Ellwood National Forge Company (ENF) has an opening for a Product Manager(s) who is an energetic, self-motivated individual in the operations of ENF. This position will be based in Irvine, PA, however from time to time maybe assigned to the Corry or Warren Plants. This exempt position will report to the Director Technical Sales and Marketing. This position will be responsible for but not limited to, the following:JOB DUTIES:Direct Product Sales Responsibilities for, but not limited to the following:Specific existing account assignmentsCurrent CustomersFormer Customers requiring a re-entry strategyIdentify and pursue value added opportunitiesDevelop significant new volume markets with a focus on custom finish machiningCreate new customer targets based on ENF facility capabilitiesCreate new customer targets based on modifications to existing facilitiesParticipate in creating the justification for modifying existing facilitiesCreate appropriate sales strategiesPreserve and enhance the focus on customer serviceCreate product proposalsDocument customer calls and key contact informationSales PlanningIdentify market opportunities across diversified marketsAssist in creating market strategyCreate appropriate customer presentationsBusiness Planning:Create sales forecastsAnalyze competitorsMarket Share, Capabilities, Strengths & WeaknessesAs well as any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time to support the business needs.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferred majors: Business or Engineering or commensurate level of work-related experienceFive years of direct industrial sales and/or heavy metals experienceRecord of sales growth success for a manufacturing company preferably in the forging or related end use industryPossess superior sales acumenPossess a thorough business understanding from demand creation through fulfillment and customer relationship managementExperienced in creating and maintaining effective team relationships linking Sales to the rest of the organizationPrepared to accept and effectively manage a minimum of 30% of time traveling in the fieldExcellent problem-solving skillsSkilled in the use of Microsoft products Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/ females/veterans/individuals with disabilities /sexual orientation/gender identity.
