　　Rapid7 is seeking a talented, highly driven and dynamic product manager to join the product team and help shape the future of native cloud security. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams and you will own the product life-cycle end to end. This position reports to the Director of Product.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Work with product and engineering teams to develop product plans aligned with market requirements and opportunities for growth.Lead cross-team collaboration for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact.Own and develop product management processes, disciplines within the team and in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Partner with UX design and engineering teams to discover the best possible user experiences and customer value.Encourage data driven product decisions leveraging utilization metrics, user feedback and customer partnership.Work with product leadership and product marketing to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions and real world use cases driving sales enablement and existing customer growth.Partner with customers and prospects to present product features and demonstrate key use cases and value.

　　The skills you'll bring include:

　　3+ years of experience in product management roles in B2B SaaS/Cloud productsDemonstrated success in planning, managing and launching productsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of cloud landscape (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud platforms (Kubernetes)Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in EnglishExperience in development/technical roles - advantageStrong understanding of cybersecurity technologies - advantageExperience in a Cyber security space (Red team, detection, malware, pentester, etc) - advantageWillingness to travel abroad (up to 25%)Excellent interpersonal skillsStoryteller
