　　We are looking for product development engineer (L5 position of Dynamic and Suspension Solutions - Air Spring) to work with us according existing product platform to develop air spring system for OEM suspension development of truck/ Bus /trailer /cabin /seats.

　　The main responsibilities of Product Development Engineer are:

　　To lead customer APQP project as project leader.

　　Project management for non-APQP, technology, cross-account, or cross-site development.

　　To ensure the traceability according to project requirements and specifications, following the established process.

　　Full product development responsibility for BOM, specification, drawing and product approvals, change approvals Vs. suppliers.

　　Responsible for customer FAI or PPAP approval, prepare type test and routine test outline.

　　Direct customer interface for the development and validation of new products for known current market base on AE/KAM request.

　　Support product cost calculation for new material, products, or manufacturing processes.

　　Your activity will be in close collaboration with sale and AE colleagues and with other process engineer /quality engineer /production engineers. having the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills.

　　University degree (mechanical or rubber engineering) or relevant professional experience.

　　Minimum 3 5 year of product development experience in mechanical or rubber product area.

　　Knowledge with rubber technology is plus.

　　Knowledge with product development process and tools is plus, e.g. DFMEA/ benchmark/ DVP&R/ GD&T/BOM/3D design and etc.

　　Knowledge with hydraulic shocker absorber is plus.

　　Experience of OEM project management (APQP) is plus.

　　Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, Power point).

　　German is plus.

　　Proficient writing, reading and speaking English skills, CET 6 is plus.

　　Excellent communication and teamwork .
