　　Required Qualificaitons:

　　Must have experience managing large-scale HVAC ducting projects

　　Change Order Management experience

　　Experience installing HVAC duct work within an industrial or heavy commercial environment

　　Experience using BIM Viewer

　　Experience reading and interpreting AutoCAD software

　　Experience in maintaining safety compliance, including OSHA regulations

　　Efficiently allocate resources and skilled ductwork professionals to meet project timelines and budget constraints

　　Lead and supervise a team of HVAC ducting specialists, providing guidance, training, and direction

　　Effectively manage change orders related to HVAC ducting projects

　　Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of required ducting materials and equipment for the projects

　　The essential functions of this role include:
