What's the role?

　　We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with proven experience in the development of key internal and customer-facing applications. The Principal Software Engineer will work closely with team, project managers, data analysts and other developers in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms, architectures and technologies. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, and should have a strong understanding of the software development processes and methodologies. Able to find gap/problem and come up with solution and present with stakeholders.

　　Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software services for internal and external clients.  They will be comfortable participating in all aspects of the Agile development process from technical requirements analysis through collaborative design, iterative implementation, automated testing and continuous delivery. 　　You are a team-player who collaborates with developers, designers, testers and product manager to create an amazing user experience. You have experience with all aspects of the production software lifecycle. You have good interpersonal skills and feel comfortable coordinating efforts across teams. You are a fast learner, with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

　　You are a self-motivated, creative and proactive individual with strong understanding of the software development processes and methodologies. In addition, you should have:

　　Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalentStrong coding skills in Java or relevant language, 10+ years of extensive experienceAmazing analytical abilities and a gifted problem solver, besides being a good communicator Excellent experience running production services on public cloud (AWS preferred)Experience on creating software architecture.Advanced experience in continuous integration & continuous delivery using GitLab (++)Hands-on Design patterns and SOA Experience on Performance optimization Experience of persistence with relational and NoSQL data storesExperience in large scale data processingProven ability to work independently on milestone with limited supervision.Excellent team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environmentWorking with mapdata e.g. NDS, GIS, RDF, GDF is considered a plusWorking with data transformation scripting / ETL is considered a plus What we offer:
