　　Job Summary

　　Principal Software Engineer will design & develop EDA software; support and develop software team. The person will technically lead a team of developers responsible for building new and support existing websites.

　　Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. Creative engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus. Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast paced environment.

　　Job Responsibilities :

　　• Develop high-quality software design and architecture

　　• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

　　• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

　　• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

　　• Review and debug code

　　• Perform validation and verification testing

　　• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products

　　• Document development phases and monitor systems

　　• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies

　　Qualifications

　　• BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Computer-Science/Electronics

　　Experience and Technical Skills required

　　• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience beyond college, or masters and 5+ or PhD+2

　　• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

　　• Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

　　• Works with no supervision; initiates and drives project-related activities

　　• Expert knowledge of basic s/w design tools, expert knowledge of advanced design tools

　　• Design decisions set the direction for the project and are essential to the success of the project

　　• Capable of defining, evaluating, and selecting key architectural and technology tradeoffs

　　• Recognized for technical expertise in object oriented S/W design
