　　Your Career

　　The System Test Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems through effective planning, coordination, and execution of system testing activities. This individual will work with a team of testers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

　　Your Impact

　　You are expected to own the features/area quality, including test coverage, test efficiency, test plan, test execution, test failure triaging, and continuous improvement like customer bug RCA

　　Analyze the complex defects/issues, and provide guidance to isolate root cause found during and after software release

　　Work closely with the engineering group, Product Management teams, UX, Doc, DevOps, Customer engineers, etc during product development from requirement to release

　　Own the feature quality, and become a go-to person for area/feature testing related activities

　　Troubleshoot production issue in the sense of urgency

　　Root cause analysis the production issues, come up with an improvement plan

　　You will be driving the test design and strategy for high profit and priority features

　　Design and develop test plans and test strategies for complex new features

　　Handle the complexity of Cloud platform and test data design

　　Estimate the work effort, and keep the work on track

　　Effective with stakeholders if any challenges or risks

　　You need to design, implement and continuously improve on test automation efficiency and increase the testing team’s productivity.

　　Follow with consistent test design methodology in developing testing automation

　　Design, develop and maintain test automation tool/utilities involving in Backend & UI

　　Define, develop and maintain complex testbed environments

　　Have the ability to build test automation frameworks, develop robust scripts that supports variety of reporting, troubleshoot failures, integrates with bug tracking systems and works easily with CI/CD for cloud-based products

　　Mentoring and Leadership

　　Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture

　　Your Experience

　　9+ years experience in Enterprise software testing

　　Bachelor Degree in engineering in computer science or Information technology or relevant military experience

　　Experience in one of the programming language (Python is preferred)

　　Experience in automation frameworks e.g Pytest & Selenium

　　Experience in automation framework design & building existing automation frameworks

　　Design & development test plans

　　Analyze complex defects and issues, identify root causes and provide automation solutions

　　Work closely with software developers in product defect diagnosis

　　Experience in working on the product testing for distributed system and SaaS product

　　Experience in testing products with microservices based architecture

　　Experience in driving the test framework/tool building from stretch and continuous improvements

　　Effective communication skills, fluent both verbal and written in English

　　Desired experience in any of the Public cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure)
