You'll join a small, creative team that is agile, works quickly, and focuses on impact. Jira Platform is hiring a Principal Product Manager, reporting to the Sr. Group Product Manager, Jira Platform Performance, Search, Admin and Migration experiences. You are a product manager with a background in building, launching and scaling products by working well with multiple engineering teams and partner teams in data science, design, marketing. You'll work with engineering teams based in India, Poland and Australia focused on building the strategy for search performance, scale and relevance as well as Jira Cloud performance insights. You will also be responsible for scaling the Jira Cloud to enable larger customers onboard to the cloud.

　　Participate in/conduct user research and analyse insights to understand the needs and develop products for both admin and end-user personasWork with a team of PMs to define the strategy for search performance, scale and relevance as well as Jira Cloud performance insights and present to senior leadershipYou'll work with partner teams to define ways to leverage AI and relevance to create make Jira users more productive.Iterate with design, engineering and partner teams to grow the product from product market fit to scaled adoption, run AB tests to experiment with different approachesPivot if a bet is not working, quickly retrenching and refocusing on alternative options with more promisePartner with data science and other platform teams to build newer and more powerful ways to manage performanceIdentify goals, success metrics ensuring OKR alignment

　　9+ years of experience in product management with multiple instances of taking products from discovery to shipping and iterating towards successExperience developing a product roadmap to meet business goals where each release demonstrably moves us closer to success.A team player who can create excitement for the work needed and the goal we're heading towardsYou are used to launching experiments, measuring impact, iterating and repeatingKnow how to gather data and insights from a large set of customers to make better decisionsExperience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve, shipping, learning and iteratingKnow how to model business impact of different featuresMBA is a good to have
