Description
The Global Security Organization (GSO) is hiring a Principal Program Manager to lead the Amazon Customer Fulfillment (CF) – Global First Mile team. The related mission of the GSO is to support Amazon’s Worldwide Operations, as well as affiliate and retail businesses, to organize teams and develop mechanisms, standards and policies to effectively mitigate security related risks covering all aspects of the supply chain. We are seeking a Principal Program Manager to oversee a multitude of interconnected projects within the CF Global First Mile that build and contribute to our larger team goals and objectives of securing the Amazon Supply Chain.
The CF Global First Mile team will support the creation, execution and expansion of loss prevention processes by creating loss prevention standard work, developing network First Mile solutions and escalation paths for our customers, identifying applicable metrics to identify theft/ fraud and building new programs to incorporate loss prevention and security standards.
The ideal candidate for this job should be a self-starter who thrives in dynamic and innovative environments. They should be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, taking initiative to prioritize tasks and manage their own workload. Additionally, they should possess strong organizational skills, positively work through ambiguity and anticipate the needs of customers.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
7+ years of program or project management experience
7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
