Plant Foreman – 3rd Shift
Our client, a multi-plant natural resource company, has a Plant Foreman position available at its Columbus Region facility. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of employees engaged in all phases of plant operations and maintenance on third shift. The person will assist in the development of operational and capital budgets and evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes. This facility is located in Delaware, OH. Successful applicants will have the following background and attributes:
*BA/BS degree with 5-10 years of manufacturing experience preferred
*Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
*Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
*Demonstrated ability to master specific product/process and equipment knowledge
*High energy level and ability to multi-task
*Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
