Intel's recently announced IDM 2.0 strategy includes a plan to significantly expand the manufacturing network, establishing new capacity and capability to meet the accelerating global demand for semiconductors.The Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization (DMO) will play an important role in this strategy, leveraging Intel's Advanced Packaging technology portfolio to deliver leadership products. To enable this ramp, DMO is building an Advanced Packaging manufacturing facility in Malaysia, increasing its investment in this region which has been a critical part of Intel's supply chain for over five decades.Join the Intel Malaysia Advanced Packaging team where you will be instrumental in developing and ramping some of Intel's newest Advanced Packaging technologies and help us realize Intel's vision to create and extend computing technology to connect and enrich the lives of every person on Earth.The Senior Admin will be responsible for the following tasks but is not limited to the following:-Full calendar management; scheduling meeting with logistical preparations.-Communicate and respond to request from stakeholders for coordination of meetings which include global attendees.-Travel arrangements, both domestic and international travels; coordinates supporting travel documents including visa applications and prepares expense reports.-Drafting and composing correspondence such as organizational communication and pass down to a wide range of recipients.-Organizational communication and pass down thru maintenance of distribution list for communications.-Schedule, attend and participate in staff meetings and department events. -The Senior Admin will report to the PGDM Factory Manager located in Penang, Malaysia. Other administrative tasks which includes but not limited to :--SharePoint / Web (Intranet) / Social Media Site Ownership/Maintenance of distribution list for - communications. -Training records tracking/reporting for the entire organization-Space / location /Cubicle management-Organization chart creation/maintenance-Maintain Group PDLs-Hiring / termination assistance -General office supply needs, purchases (CPC purchases, award processing and purchasing)-Special projects as assigned.-Plans, coordinates, and executes internal events such as offsites, team building events and organization wide meetings.-Collaborates with other administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with min 5-7 years of administrative experience. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:• Understand business objectives and organizational priorities. • Able to communicate effectively across the global organization by phone, in writing and in person.requires initiative, creativity and flexibility in managing complex situations on a day to day basis. Always looking to improve efficiencies and embrace change. • Follows up when unsure, continues to drive issues until resolved/closed, and leaves no open items. • Strives to execute flawlessly, set goals and meet deadlines. • Consistently adheres to business practices keeping Intel Legal. • Judgment is required in resolving complex non-standard problems and making routine recommendations.• Understands the value of Networking; utilizes peers when needed and consistently shares BKM's or important types of information that may be valuable to others.• Admins are tools experts, with advanced knowledge of MS office suite and Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Intel intranet, Inside Blue and web navigation. SharePoint and website administration skills are both useful and utilized in many departments.
