　　What You'll Do at Pega:Use your superpowers of organization to ensure all People operations processes exceed delivery expectations, on time.Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.Coordinate candidate information by maintaining high level of accuracy in our applicant tracking system.Propose creative ideas on how to improve the candidate and employee experience through automation and self service.Manage the candidate background check process from end-to-end.Ensure all standard operating procedures, process documentation, and service catalogs are continuously updated/maintained.Adhere to service level agreements.Who You Are:
