Job Description:
Fast paced call center environment, responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages for Clinics. Delivering excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette, while providing patients with general information with regards to appointments, messages, or general questions.
* Candidates are able to work remotely after training*
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience
6+ months of experience in a role where a computer was used on a daily basis
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must meet hospital vaccination requirement
Hours
Monday - Friday - Shift Between the Hours of 7AM - 7PM (8-Hour Shift / 40 Hour Work Week)
Potential for some Saturdays - 8am-12pm
