About Partner Integration Manager (AdTech)

  We are seeking an experienced technical, but Sales-proficient, Digital Operations expert to join our team working on our ad serving product, adflow.

  Adflow presents customers with relevant offers in a post transaction environment on 3rd party e-commerce sites. It is prompted on the purchase confirmation page and matches consumers with relevant offers based on demographics and known purchase behavior.

  What You'll Do

  Act as dedicated technical and Ops lead on Supply integration calls and communications (email, Slack, etc.)

  Reporting to the Partner Success Director, the Partner Integration Manager role is part of the Partnerships team that manages and executes on all Partner onboarding, technical implementations, regular QA and troubleshooting, as well as ongoing partnership executions

  Heavy focus on both the backend set up and, on the frontend, look and feel of our Partner integrations as well as managing Partner configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting

  Partner executions front-end technical set up, review, troubleshooting, and optimization

  Independently run quality audits on advanced e-commerce integrations launches and client pages

  Work closely with Sales and Partner Success teams to ensure client implementations are built for long-term success

  Involved in cross-department initiatives to develop/refine products and processes

  Setting up API and FTP data delivery tasks

  First line of Product support for both internal and external users

  Creation of demo sites showcasing the adflow module on Partner pages to support Sales efforts

  Work with Operations team on ongoing testing to determine optimal Partner setup and creative

  Identifying and building (as well as maintaining documentation for) workflows and process optimizations to drive efficiencies and improvements in GTM process

  Utilize advanced CSS and HTML skills

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external Partners

  Partner with Platform Product on UI recommendations for better operational success

  Requirements

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Sales Engineering, or AdTech Digital Support

  Strong Understanding and experience with ad serving and tracking platforms like Minion, CM360, Tune, Impact Radius, CJ, Appsflyer, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Salesforce, etc. (Specifically working with server-to-server post back integrations)

  Tactical understanding of Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Telium, Google Analytics and UTM Codes and the relationship between digital advertising and website analytics

  A proficient troubleshooter and problem solver with a deep understanding of the below:

  Javascript, Python, HTML and CSS

  R(for Statistical Analysis)

  Web development protocols

  Chrome/Firefox developer tools

  Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  Unique proficiency and agility to pivot between Tech/Product and Sales mindsets

  Excited about developing and managing multiple initiatives associated with digital operational infrastructure, campaign management, product rollouts, onboarding, and day-to-day relationships with clients and vendors

  Highly accountable, proactive, efficient, and goal-oriented

  Enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships and possesses a natural ability to connect with different people (across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations and Account Management)

  Naturally curious and demonstrates an eagerness to learn

  Entrepreneur mindset; excited about building a new product

  Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
