About Outreach Worker

　　The employer is seeking an outreach worker to work as part of the mobile until to facilitate outreach efforts. Must obtain a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. This will include evening and weekend work, attending community events, health fairs, and participating in other various public outreach activities. When not facilitating outreach on the mobile unit, the outreach worker will work in clinics. Chattaroy and Logan locations
