Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Systems Analyst in Nashville, TX.Essential Functions Oracle Cloud Payroll Systems Analyst will support payroll team with their new roll out of Oracle HCM; Research issues, engage with technology and the business area to resolve difficult and sometimes complex day to day issues; Act as an escalation point for end-users who are experiencing difficulties in using cloud technologies; Learn processes and act as primary and/or backup as needed; Serve as Payroll System Analyst/Administrator for payroll Research, compile data, prepare statistical reports including spreadsheets, and may analyze the results for presentations Work with the payroll team to identify areas of process and/or data improvement; Work with technology team on needed configuration changes and/or projects Test and communicate changes as needed to team, business area and IT Work with payroll and IT peers to support the implementation As an Oracle Cloud Payroll Systems Analyst, you will develop documentation on work as needed, which may include user guidelines, procedures, and training Serve as an admin to other Oracle Cloud post-production engagements, primarily in Payroll and in accordance with your areas of expertise
Requirements
4 years or more in payroll 2 years or more of Oracle Cloud Payroll specific experience Excellent Oral and written communication skills - Intermediate Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills necessary for meeting deadlines - Intermediate Knowledge of Payroll processes in Oracle HCM Specific knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems Ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions to all levels of management and staff
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
