Our growing company is in search for new talent for the role of Grain Elevator Operator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Operate agronomy equipment for the application of nutrients and crop protection to customers field. - Precisely blends and custom applies fertilizers and agricultural chemicals based on recommendations and label directions. - Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times. - Assist with customer walk-ins and delivery of products. - Drive semi and straight trucks hauling fertilizer and grain. - Receive grain and accurately place in proper bin. - Load out grain in trucks or railcars according to contract specifications. - Perform routine inventory measurements and monitor grain quality. - Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and rolling stock on a routine basis. - Perform yard maintenance including driveways, mowing, weed control, and snow removal. - Assist with equipment maintenance, inspections and repairs. - Assist team members in other areas as needed.
