　　The FiveStrata team is looking for a fantastic Operations Manager to join the team!  You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of initiatives from data to reporting & project management.  You will dive into data; track customer monthly billiables and reconcile any variances. You will create strong collaboration with the accounting team and the sales team.   

　　Our office is located in American Fork, Utah. FiveStrata takes a team-centered approach focused on maintaining maximum consistency as our measurement of success. 　　What you will do:

　　Create and maintain accurate reporting processing including. Daily status reports, weekly invoice reports, monthly reconciliation, monthly billables,  monthly revenue amounts, etc. 

　　Improve processes of data management.  

　　Foster strong relationships with internal accounting and sales teams.

　　Liaison with outside clients and internal departments to improve the quality of data.  

　　Develop a sound understanding of the business as a whole and work to improve efficiencies across the company.

　　2+ years experience in process improvement.

　　Strong interpersonal skills.

　　Strong oral and written communication Skills

　　Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail

　　Ability to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests

　　Base Salary Range: $55K - $70K
