  Our client in Austin, TX is seeking an Office Support Specialist. This is a contract position that is expected to be 90 days or longer. It could become a hire on opportunity. This position will be responsible for printing, copying, scanning and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars. You will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail. Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties. There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Any heavy lifting is done with two people. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience. Must be neat in appearance. No facial tattoos or tattoos that cannot be covered with clothing. Dress code is business casual. Slacks, and a polo shirt are fine. Must be fully vaccinated.

  salary: $16.99 - $17 per hour

  shift: First

  work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

  Responsibilities

  Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas within a Legal office /environment:

  Operates high volume duplicating equipment.

  Performs associated copying tasks.

  Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.

  Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.

  Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.

  Ships and receives product and supplies.

  Sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage.

  May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc.

  May performs various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance.

  Telephone skills needed to perform receptionist duties and high interaction with Executive level customers.

  Skills

  Customer Service (1 year of experience is preferred)

  Hospitality (1 year of experience is preferred)
