DESCRIPTION OF WORKThis is an advanced and highly technical management position within the Office of Administration Network Unified Telecommunications and Security Operations (NUTSO) section. Responsibilities include supervising a team that configures, implements, and maintains security policies at access points including the Internet, delivery center firewalls, delivery center network intrusion prevention, delivery center network threat prevention, and Remote Access/RADIUS/VPN. You will also utilize software tools to test and certify the connections as compliant with the policies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience as a Network Administrator 1, Telecommunications Administrator, or Radio Telecommunications Supervisor; orSix years of information technology experience that includes three years of technical experience in network operation or network maintenance involving installing, updating, and maintaining inter-network systems and managing information technology projects; orFour years of information technology experience that includes three years of technical experience in network operation or network maintenance involving installing, updating, and maintaining inter-network systems and managing information technology projects, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training that includes three years of technical experience in network operation or network maintenance involving installing, updating, and maintaining inter-network systems and managing information technology projects.Other Requirements:This particular position also requires a CompTIA Security Analytics Professional (CSAP) certification.
This particular position also requires a Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA) certification.
