Position Description:
As a NQV you will have extensive experience as a Risk Management Framework (RMF) Specialist providing Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization (A&A) support. Systems will be both classified and unclassified operational Information Technology (IT) Networks, and systems.
• Demonstrates ability to collect, organize, summarize, and report on various data sets.
• Demonstrates familiarity and understanding of all subject areas in A&A.
Qualifications:
• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level degree from an accredited university -or- Navy military personnel within a technical job rating -or- High School Diploma/ HS Equivalency Certificate (with additional years of experience as referenced in the experience section)
• One or more of the following Trainings: NAVWAR-RMF-101, NAVWAR-NQV-201 parts I-IV, NAVWAR-RMF-SAP-301, NAVWAR-RMF-SAR-302, NAVWAR-RMF-NQV-302,DISA eMASS computer-based or instructor-led training, DISA ACAS 32-hour computer-based or instructor-led training
Preferred Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in MS Office products, Visio, and scanning software/hardware.
• Knowledge of and experience with evaluating hardware/software functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop documentation, prepare final deliverable reports, and destruction of documents, as required.
• Demonstrated experience in strong written and oral communication skills.
Required Certifications:
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/III or IAM Level III certification
