Our Heavy Equipment Field Mechanics assess, diagnose, repair, refurbish, replace, and complete Life Cycle Solutions on a variety of mobile equipment including Terex Utility and Genie brand equipment. We are looking for:Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to successfully pass MVRMust be able to obtain an active DOT qualificationMust live within 20 miles of Lancaster, PA
Preferred Qualifications:Experience, educational background and/or desire to learn mechanics, electronics, or hydraulic systems. Truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment and/or aerial work platforms preferredTroubleshooting capability in mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systemsStrong customer service and safety focused mindsetBasic computer and shop math skillsAbility to read basic blueprints, drawings and work ordersAbility to perform the essential physical functions including frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling under/above equipment, lifting up to 75 pounds. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Ability work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team-based, safety focused workplaceAbility to travel overnight within assigned regionSome trade school or equivalent trainingStrong reliability, initiative and positive attitudeWillingness and eagerness to meet and exceed deadlines and goals while learning and growing in a fast past, team-focused environment.Own basic job-related tools
Salary: The compensation range for this position is $36-44 hourly.
