　　Pay: $22.00/Hr

　　Schedule: M – F ; 1 st Shift

　　Location: Plymouth, MN - 100% Onsite

　　Education: 4-year degree highly preferred (biomedical, chemistry, sciences focus - lab experience nice to have). 2-year degree acceptable with 8+ years’ experience.

　　Responsibilities:

　　File management and documentation; minimal lab work

　　Manage complaints from Field Reps sitting in at procedures/onsite

　　Utilize complaint management system (ETQ) to assess and own complaints

　　Request additional information if needed and advise if reportable to FDA

　　Ensure compliance with complaint handling procedures and regulatory requirements

　　Collaborate with a team of 10 analysts

　　Prioritize and organize workload efficiently

　　Qualifications:

　　0-2 years' experience (biomedical, chemistry, sciences focus - lab experience nice to have)

　　Experience in med device highly preferred

　　Complaint handling experience highly preferred

　　Familiarity with ETQ or other complaint management systems

　　Proficiency in MS Office; daily use of Outlook for communication
