Description
Smithbucklin, a 650-person, employee-owned professional services company with more than 70 years of success serving the association market, is seeking a TheMembership Management Coordinatoris responsible for managing all client services forInventures' clients to include membership management services and customer support. This position involves managing multiple priorities in a multi-task environment and requires strong organization skills, attention to detail and customer service background.
Primary Membership Management Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
Configure and manage membership database and maintain membership information (application status, member list, contact list, etc.) as required
Monitor and react to customer queries and support requests via telephone, electronic mail, web forum, and so on
Administer member IDs and passwords for secure access to Workgroup collaboration platform
Create and maintain internal/external email lists for communications to all members and workgroups
Create membership ad hoc reports when called for
Provide professional service to client requests
Provide training for clients on using Inventures portal
Manage and complete Special projects as needed
Delight customers
