Job Description

　　An employer is looking for a motivated and accomplished Mechanical Engineer to join their construction team in Lathrop, CA. This candidate will be designing HVAC, plumbing and process piping for factory and a warehouse on several small to large scale projects in a very quick time frame. Maintain, lead & develop design standards, mechanical details and specifications.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　PE in state of CA

　　5-8 yrs experience leading medium to large-scale projects

　　Proficient with Trane TRACE or Carrier HAP, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD

　　Experience in designing HVAC systems for industrial type facilities

　　Experience designing equipment: cooling towers, chillers, gas and electric water boilers and HVAC units.

　　Self-motivation and ability to self-learn

　　Flexibility to travel between 2 to 3 sites as needed (Lathrop, CA and Fremont, CA) Revit skills

　　Ability to lead and host meetings with end users directly for information

　　Ability to brainstorm ideas and propose several solutions for a problem -- Analytical approach

　　Experience with factory/industrial/complicated lab design

　　Understand clash detection and how to resolve for it null
